Any first hand information on Discovery Custom Homes or Palm Harbor modulars?
I am looking for information from folks who own, have lived in, or have any experience with Discovery Custom Homes by Palm Harbor. I am looking into a modular home called the "Buckeye" that is built by Discovery. I am not interested in the manufactured or mobile versions of their homes. Any information would be greatly appreciated!
Call the dealer who sells them and ask for names of people he has sold them to. You may not find a Buckeye owner. That's a model. You would get opinion on quality, maintenance, warranties, etc. from any Palm Harbor owner.
