What do you do with your left over pumpkin seeds and pumpkin gunk? Any one have easy recipes?
I throw out the pumpkin gunk (but I'm sure there are great recipes out there!)
I toast the pumpkin seeds. I use this recipe, but I use seasoned salt instead of plain salt.

My best friend uses cinnamon and sugar instead of salt so they are a sweet treat!
