Help!! my planter has grass growing in it, do I need new soil to grow flowers?
I put the planter out on my balcony and filled it with soil. I havent had a chance to plant the flowers because its been raining, but today when I went out there there is grass growing in it and its quite alot. Should I pick the grass that started to grow out?or will more just keep coming in the more I water it? will the flowers not grow with the grass?
Pull the grass out and stir that dirt up. With rain you may want to wait until it drys out some.
