What Kind Of Flowers should I use to Build a Butterfly/Humming Bird Garden?
I want to build a butterfly/Hummingbird Garden. I would like to know what kind of flowers do butterflies and hummingbirds most attract to? I really want to do this, its a way to help keep different butterflies and Hummingbird speices serve. If anyone has any tips they will surely be taking into consideration.
Lets see...you can plant coneflowers, salvia, verbina, wallflowers, & butterfly bushes. Just to name a few....

Live Butterfly Garden: children learning about nature
Science and Nature are an important part of our lives. Children are like sponges and love of learning by doing. You can teach your child about nature and science to hiking in the parks and ponds. Show your child how the birds gather twigs for their nests, or how it will transform the tadpoles of frogs. The most interesting and exciting to make learning more will continue.
The live butterfly gardens is one of my favorite ways to teach children about nature and science. Kids love the butterfly garden to live because they can enjoy nature first hand. With him are able to see life a caterpillar and let the butterfly go especially after a few days.
I have a friend who, every year in early spring buying his nieces a butterfly garden so they can watch them grow. Approximately three days after the butterflies emerge, they are all collected and all loans butterfly free.
The girls have not only learned about nature, but also have learned that it is sometimes necessary to put aside the things you love. Besides the memories will last a child lifetime.My preschoolers have a garden of live butterflies and so liked what I heard for weeks.
So what makes a butterfly garden are concerned?
A butterfly garden comes alive with a mesh cage and 5-6 larvae become caterpillars and butterflies so. All food is needed is provided.
So what?
Children the opportunity to see the whole process of how caterpillars turn into butterflies. It really is amazing how children a caterpillar can change something that crawls around something fine that can fly. It's really a child's imagination.
The Butterfly Garden offers kids a close up of the whole process, but not the only way to teach your child. Teach your child to nature must be fun and exciting, but it should not cost anything.
