Is Jones Beach Theater dangerous at night? See inside. (also, Jones Beach vs. Madison Sq. Garden)?
My mom is hesitant to take me to a concert at Jones Beach theater, because she thinks it will be dangerous at night...
Is it dangerous at night?
The thing is I can get GREAT seats for the same price as so-so seats at Madison Square Garden... and the MSG one is during hte school year on a school nght and Jones beach would be over the summer on a friday.
I think Jones Beach is just overall the best pick.
But is it dangerous at night?
Yeah it's safe. You drive there, park, see the show, and drive home. It's in a state park, it's not a rough neighborhood or anything.
Much better to see a show outdoors at Jones Beach than at MSG anyway.
